We are an architecture studio that designs, builds and remodels mostly residential projects. Our portfolio ranges from interior design to mixed-use and commercial projects in all their stages.
It was born in 2006 as an Architecture firm, founded by Architect Ariel Arias R., graduated in Architecture from the prestigious Latin University of Costa Rica. His passion for design and construction stems from his childhood, inspired by his professional father in the area. With 18 years of continuous practice, he has developed projects in the residential and commercial area, as well as his specialty in the field of remodeling, in which he has stood out for providing a personalized service in each of the stages of the project, under the Management System. The services currently offered include project management, technical management, design, consulting, turnkey construction and interior design, construction management and property maintenance.
